SportsJig – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Cancelation and Refund Policy: An event registration once successfully completed cannot be
cancelled by the user.
However, if an event is cancelled by the Event Creator the paid registrants will be entitled to full
refund and the same will be processed within 7 Working Days of the cancelation of the event by the
creator of the event.
In case if an event is not formally cancelled by the Event Creator but the event is not held due to
some reason, the user is entitled to full refund of the registration amount on initiation of the request
from the user. The refund will be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the request. The request
should be initiated within 30 Days of the scheduled Start Date of the event. Any refund claims
initiated beyond the 30 Days from the scheduled Start Date of the event will not be entertained.
Similarly, Offers once successfully bought cannot be cancelled by the user and has to be availed
within the Offer Redemption Period mandatorily articulated in the Offer. Offer redemption request
outside the Offer Redemption Period will not be entertained.
However, if the service promised in the Offer is not delivered by the Offer Creator during the Offer
Redemption period, the user can escalate the same and make a request for refund. Jigserv Digital
will verify the validity of the request and make full refunds for valid requests.
